Brief Introduction of Truck Mounted Concrete Pump

Truck mounted concrete pump combines the superiority of trailer-mounted concrete pump and concrete boom pump truck. It is more flexible and mobile than trailer-mounted concrete pump. No need of transportation, loading and unloading, and fixed installation. Stronger pumping performance and faster pumping speed. Compared to the concrete pump truck, it enjoys the advantages of small footprint, low price, high pumping height and distance, cost-effective etc. It is suitable for small production, multi-site, complex construction environment and other conditions.

Feature of Truck Mounted Concrete Pump

1. Hydraulic System: Adopt the double open hydraulic loops system. For the pump parts, we adopt the famous brand Rexrath. And for the vales, we adopt the brand America Eton.

2. Power system: Adopt Dalian DEUTZ and Weichai DEUTZ engine system, which has the characteristics of high cost performance, strong power, energy saving and repair timely.

3. Chassis: Adopt the domestic famous brand for the chassis, which is comfortable to drive, strong in horsepower, low in oil consumption, reliable and durable in performance.

4. Pumping system. S tube is made of high manganese steel molding, with high wear-resistant materials of the runner. Glasses plate and cutting ring adopts unique hard alloy material and technology, makes the surface hardness and toughness, increased significantly prolong service life.
